Our olive oil is high in polyphenols, such as oleocanthal and oleuropein, at over 400 mg/kg, with low acidity below 0.25% and a high smoke point above 450F. It is produced and bottled on Italian family estates and is 100% free from pesticides, making it ideal for versatile cooking and finishing.

Only high-quality olives that are picked at optimal ripeness are used in our products, processed within hours of harvest by master millers to minimize oxidation and maximize flavor and health properties.
